Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Unopened physical products may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
Opened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if defective; they will be replaced or refunded after inspection.
Digital products (antivirus keys, digital game codes) cannot be returned once the code has been delivered, unless the code is invalid.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.

Our website and products are intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state) to place an order on TronicsCart. Minors may use the site only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, in line with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact admin@tronicscart.com and we will delete it promptly.
Some video games we sell are rated M (Mature 17+) by the ESRB. Parents and guardians are responsible for checking ESRB ratings and deciding whether a game is suitable for their child.
Returns and refunds for orders placed by a minor follow the same 7-day policy above and must be requested by the parent or guardian who owns the account or payment method.
